Refund and cancellation rules for Comic Brief subscriptions, credit packs, and AI generation services.

Overview

Comic Brief provides digital credits and AI generation services that can be consumed immediately. This policy explains when a payment may be refunded. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewal. Unless required by law, cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period, and access continues until that period ends.

If you purchased a subscription by mistake, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will consider a refund when the subscription's included credits have not been used. Once included credits or paid features have been materially consumed, the payment is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Credit Packs

Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund when requested within 7 days of purchase. A credit pack is not refundable after any of its credits have been used, transferred, or expired, except where required by law or where a verified service failure prevented use.

Promotional, bonus, trial, or complimentary credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Failed Or Duplicate Charges

Contact us if you see a duplicate charge, an amount different from the checkout confirmation, or a completed payment for which credits were not delivered. After verification, we will correct the credit balance or refund the affected charge. Generation attempts that fail because of a confirmed platform or provider error may have consumed credits restored automatically or after review.

How To Request A Refund

Email support@comicbrief.com from the address associated with your account. Include the transaction date, amount, payment provider or receipt ID, and the reason for the request. Never send a full card number or password.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank, and may take 5–10 business days after approval. Currency conversion and third-party bank fees are outside our control.

Abuse

We may decline requests involving fraud, repeated refund abuse, chargeback misuse, or material violations of the Terms of Service. If a charge is unfamiliar, contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate quickly.
